Changing the light bulb was traumatic for the antique glass shade.   It fell and the majority of the panels were broken.

Most of the top pieces were broken and some of the bottom pieces.   The top pieces were the most difficult to fit.

The antique lamp had many broken panels and some of the metal pieces were missing.  I used old glass to make the matching panels.  The glass was an old pattern that isn’t made any more.

I have old glass stock  that matched the broken panels. I believe it was made by Mississippi Glass Company.

Bubble Glass Repair

Custom made replacement glass for antique cabinet door.  No matter the shape, the size or the type of glass, if it was made I can make it.  I can make bubble glass, bent glass, curved glass, crown glass up to 4 feet by 8 feet.  I also have old glass.   Many times I bend old glass in order to maintain value.

It goes by many names.  I don’t care what you call it. I can make it.   They send antique doors  for me to make replacement glass from around the world.  It’s been called bent glass, bubble glass, crown glass, curved glass and slumped glass.
